Terms of Use

Version and effective date
Version 1
Effective date unavailable: this page was built from the text that seeds version 1, before publication in the service.

1. About this document

Planuze is a desktop application (macOS, Windows and Linux) for modelling and generating back-ends from a declarative model, assisted by an AI agent. These Terms govern the use of the application, of the planuze.com website and of the related services: user account, licences, packs and marketplace.

Legal TODO: full identification of the contracting entity (legal name, registration number, address) and the exact scope of the services covered here.

2. Version and effective date

These Terms are versioned. Each version has an integer number and a date from which it takes effect; the version shown on this page is always the one currently in force. Published versions are never edited — a correction is always a new version.

Legal TODO: form of acceptance, prior-notice period for changes, and the effect of a new version on users who accepted a previous one.

3. Account and licence

Using the application requires an account. Paid features depend on an active licence, which may be individual or attached to an organisation, and is validated on the authorised devices.

Legal TODO: eligibility and minimum age, account ownership rules, device limits and the consequences of sharing credentials.

4. Acceptable use

The application may not be used for unlawful activity, to infringe third-party rights, or to circumvent technical controls for licensing, pack signing or billing.

Legal TODO: closed list of prohibited conduct, suspension policy and repeat-offence criteria.

5. Your content and your code

Planuze is local-first: your projects, the declarative model, the generated code and the AI agent sessions stay on your machine. You retain ownership of what you create with the tool.

Legal TODO: ownership clause and the minimum licences required to operate the services (for example, when submitting a pack to the marketplace).

6. Packs, marketplace and third-party content

Packs published by third parties go through moderation and digital signing, but are built by whoever publishes them. Using a third-party pack may be subject to that publisher's own terms.

Legal TODO: allocation of liability between platform and publisher, and takedown rules.

7. Plans, payment and cancellation

Payments are processed by an external payment provider. Prices, billing cycles and what each plan includes are presented at purchase time.

Legal TODO: automatic renewal, refunds, cooling-off rights, price changes and handling of overdue payments.

8. Availability, updates and support

The application receives updates; some may be mandatory for security or compatibility reasons. Cloud services may have scheduled maintenance windows.

Legal TODO: availability commitments (if any), support window for older versions and deprecation policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Legal TODO: entire section. Nothing here should be read as a limitation of liability until counsel has written the text.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Termination by Planuze depends on a breach of these Terms.

Legal TODO: termination grounds, notice period, effects on active licences and on remaining data.

11. Governing law and venue

Legal TODO: governing law and competent venue.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the support channels available in the application and at planuze.com.

Legal TODO: formal channel and address for legal notices.
